- Companies need to be compliant with European and national legislation in order to produce and sell their products. Regulations and Directives are put into place to ensure that man and environment are adequately protected against adverse effects of chemicals.
- Compliancy with all applicable laws, regulations, industrial standards and product standards is paramount to the members of HARRPA.
- HARRPA members join forces in the interpretation of complex legislation and eventually develop position papers to support that interpretation in order to be compliant with the legislation
